Are you a confident relationship builder with a technical background in Refrigeration / HVAC solutions? Perhaps you are looking to step into a Field based sales role from internal sales? Or you are a technical HVAC account manager, looking for the next step?

Our client is a global leader in creating innovative climate solutions is looking for a talented technical individual to join their dynamic team in the north of the UK. This position will suit someone who thrives in a technical sales environment, combining engineering knowledge with commercial awareness to achieve results.

You will play a crucial role in identifying and targeting potential customers across various industries, developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth.

The position offers a flexible work, typically one day in the office and four days in the field, with the option to work from home when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Offer technical guidance to customers
  • Carry out site visits to assess client requirements and recommend tailored solutions
  • Generate comprehensive sales reports and market analyses
Who They’re Looking For
  • Qualification or applied experience in engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management, preferably within the HVAC or refrigeration industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships
  • Strong self-motivation and target-driven performance, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A valid driver's license
