The Site FP&A & Business Partnering Leader is a critical leadership role at GE Aerospace's Eastleigh site within the Avionics division, supporting approximately 80 employees across Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Support Functions. With annual sales of $15M across civil and defense markets, the site manages the full product lifecycle and has multiple new product introductions planned. This role also involves improving planning processes, exploring automation and digitization opportunities, and leveraging LEAN principles to eliminate waste, while building trusted relationships to proactively manage risks and opportunities. If you have strong financial expertise in planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting, with experience managing P&L and driving performance business acumen we’d love to hear from you.
