Do you have a degree in engineering, chemistry or science? Due to continued growth and investment, my client is seeking a Process Engineer to join their expanding engineering team at their state‑of‑the‑art site in Exeter. The successful candidate will gain access to an excellent training programme to rapidly develop their skillset. Once onboarded and trained up you will support the optimisation of production processes, introduce new manufacturing methods and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency across all manufacturing operations. You’ll work closely with design, production and quality teams to ensure new products are seamlessly introduced to manufacture, troubleshooting process issues and implementing solutions that support best‑in‑class manufacturing performance.
