Lookers Usedirect is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly and hardworking team on site. Specialising in both new and used car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to provide first-class customer service.

As part of our sales team, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will join one of the top automotive retailers in the UK and report to the Sales Manager, who will help develop your skills and industry knowledge. Our onsite team includes two Sales Managers, a Business Manager, and six Sales Executives who support you daily.

• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and in person
• Suggest suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Arrange and accompany test drives
• Negotiate final prices
• Complete sale paperwork
• Create and maintain a site parking plan
• Assist with unloading and parking new/used vehicles
• Prepare vehicles for technicians in the workshop
• Keep the customer car park clear
• Maintain site health and safety standards, ensuring roadways and pathways are clear

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. You should be ambitious and hardworking, with a target-driven mindset.

Previous experience in a similar role and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving license is required, as you may need to drive prestigious cars.
