Quantity Surveyor – Super Prime Residential
Location: Central London (Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, The City)
Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 per annum + package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well established construction contractor specialising in high end residential refurbishment and fit out projects across Central London.
Projects typically range from £10m to £40m, including Grade I and II listed properties, many of which are negotiated with long standing clients.
- Supporting the commercial lead across 1–3 concurrent projects
- Assisting with procurement, valuations, and cost reporting
- Working both on site (2–3 days per week) and from the office
- Maintaining high standards of quality and budget control
- Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders
- Experience as a QS in prime residential or high end refurbishment
- Familiarity with 2 stage tendering
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Keen to develop within a stable and respected business
- Work on prestigious projects in London’s most sought after areas
