Job Description

Quantity Surveyor – Super Prime Residential

Location: Central London (Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, The City)

Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 per annum + package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well established construction contractor specialising in high end residential refurbishment and fit out projects across Central London.

Projects typically range from £10m to £40m, including Grade I and II listed properties, many of which are negotiated with long standing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the commercial lead across 1–3 concurrent projects
• Assisting with procurement, valuations, and cost reporting
• Working both on site (2–3 days per week) and from the office
• Maintaining high standards of quality and budget control
• Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience as a QS in prime residential or high end refurbishment
• Familiarity with 2 stage tendering
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Keen to develop within a stable and respected business
