Job summary

A leading UK construction consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for their Edinburgh office. Ideal candidates will have an RICS accredited degree and relevant experience in the UK construction consultancy sector, with a competitive salary of £40,000 – £50,000 plus benefits including APC support.

Qualifications

  • RICS accredited degree qualification ideally in Quantity Surveying.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the £45m luxury hotel development in Edinburgh city centre.
  • Oversee the £15m PBSA scheme in the heart of the city.
  • Coordinate large-scale masterplanning and infrastructure at Edinburgh Airport.
