Job summary
A leading manufacturer in the engineering sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex pump system projects within water treatment and waste water sites in the UK. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and proven experience in managing engineering or construction projects. - Proven experience managing engineering or construction projects within water, infrastructure, or mechanical sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver pump station and pumping station infrastructure projects.
- Maintain required CDM documentation.
- Develop and manage project plans.
- Coordinate design, procurement, manufacturing, and site installation activities.
- Conduct regular project reviews and site inspections.
- Support tendering processes.
- Support and develop the team through ongoing training.
- Provide cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure proper management of machinery and tools.
- Complete/manage site surveys.
- Drive Continuous improvement.
