We're looking for a proactive and organised Team Leader to join our Ambulance Support Team. In this vital role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring vehicles meet infection prevention standards and supporting the team to deliver a high-quality service. Responsibilities include supervising staff performance, managing workloads, conducting audits, and maintaining health and safety best practices. You'll also liaise with key departments, handle stock control, and assist with major incident support when required.

As an Ambulance Support Team Leader, you will supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the Ambulance Support Team, ensuring high standards of infection prevention and control.
Duties include overseeing staff performance and conduct, scheduling and prioritizing workloads, conducting audits and appraisals, and maintaining health and safety practices.
You'll also assist with vehicle deep cleaning, manage stock control, liaise with fleet and supplies teams, support major incident procedures, and ensure compliance with Trust policies and data protection requirements.
The duties and responsibilities of the post will be undertaken in accordance with the policies, procedures and practices of the Trust, which may be amended from time to time.
