Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-regarded college in Northampton to appoint a passionate and driven Business Studies Teacher. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive teaching team and deliver engaging lessons to post-16 learners in a college environment. Whether you\'re an experienced educator or a recently qualified teacher (ECT), we\'d love to hear from you.

• Plan and teach high-quality, creative lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Deliver engaging content across a range of business topics including marketing, finance, and enterprise
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and intervention where needed
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share resources and ideas within the department
• Contribute to a positive, professional learning environment and college culture

• A qualified teacher with QTS, QTLS, or a recognised FE teaching qualification (ECTs welcome)
• Experience teaching Business Studies at KS5, or a strong understanding of the post-16 curriculum
• A confident classroom practitioner with strong subject knowledge
• Someone who is proactive, reflective, and committed to high standards
• An enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
