A leading education agency in Birmingham seeks a Psychology & Sociology Teacher for a temporary position that may lead to permanence. Contract: Temporary (with the opportunity to go permanent)
Salary: Competitive and in line with MPS/UPS (PAYE DAY RATE!)
Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons in A Level Psychology and Sociology (and potentially GCSE).
Plan, prepare, and assess in line with departmental and exam board requirements.
Support students in developing critical thinking and independent learning skills.
Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment and pastoral involvement.
Work collaboratively within a high-performing and supportive Humanities & Social Sciences faculty.
Holds QTS / QTLS (or working towards it)
Has experience teaching Psychology and Sociology at KS4 and KS5
Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a passion for student success
Brings creativity, enthusiasm, and strong classroom management skills
Is adaptable, professional, and eager to make a lasting impact

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
