A leading architectural practice in the UK is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their office on the outskirts of Middlesborough. The role involves leading technical projects, producing construction drawings, and supporting career development towards MCIAT. Konker is currently recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join a growing office of an AJ 100 practice based on the outskirts of Middlesborough.
This award-winning practice has around 90 members of staff across its four offices in the UK, all of which are in the North of the UK.
Having been designing in the architectural industry for over 35 years, they have an extensive portfolio. Projects-wise, this Architectural practice's key areas are within the residential and healthcare sectors but work within a plethora of other sectors like commercial and education.
They work on a wide range of projects within their residential projects, including private housing developments, affordable & supported accommodation, and high-rise apartments. Within the healthcare sector, they design complex acute and mental healthcare as well as primary care and community hub facilities.
Being RIBA and CIAT chartered enables further career growth for their employees. They would support any Architectural Technologists with completing their MCIAT through a personal mentor in the office who is an MCIAT but also allow necessary study time etc. There are also Directors of the practice who are Chartered Technologists.
