Qualifications

About the Practice

A renowned and established Central London architecture studio is seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. With a strong reputation across large‑scale commercial, industrial, and mission‑critical environments, the practice delivers high‑performance, technically robust projects across all RIBA stages.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a respected 70‑strong team on complex data centres, commercial developments, and mission‑critical schemes. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, confident working across multiple project stages, and experienced in delivering large‑scale or highly technical environments.

Key Requirements
  • Fully proficient in Revit and AutoCAD (essential)
  • Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
    • Data centres
    • Mission critical
    • Commercial
    • Industrial
    • Retail
  • Large‑scale experience from other sectors will also be considered
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of RIBA Stages 0-7
  • Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills
  • For Architects:
    • ARB registration (or overseas qualified architect)
    • Minimum 4 years Post-Part III experience
  • For Architectural Technologists:
    • Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience
    • Proven ability to work on large‑scale, detail‑oriented projects
