Duties
  • Manage and deliver retail projects from inception through to completion
  • Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
  • Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships
Skills and Experience
  • Relevant degree within architecture
  • Relevant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
  • Proficiency with Vectorworks is advantageous
  • Experience working on projects within the retail sector
  • Working knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent technical and design skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Kilby area
