A charitable social care provider in Pulborough seeks trainers to deliver mandatory training on learning disabilities and autism. Applicants should have experience in training, ideally with a qualification as an Oliver McGowan Facilitator Trainer. This role requires flexibility to work across Surrey and Sussex and manage a work-life balance while delivering high-quality training.
You will be part of a fun, supportive team of skilled trainers within Active Prospects, a charitable social care and training provider based in Surrey. Active Prospects led the rollout of Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training in Surrey and Sussex as part of the Care Talent Collective. The organisation is the 2024 Employer of the Year at the Learning Disability & Autism Awards and the #1 large Care Provider in the 2025 Great Places to Work list.
Most training is delivered in Surrey and Sussex, with some courses occasionally delivered in other parts of the south-east. We aim to reduce travel and support work‑life balance by sharing courses across our trainer team.
Salary: £31,720 per annum (Full-time, Part-time or Freelance opportunities available)
Active Prospects is the lead organisation for the Care Talent Collective, a group of values‑led social care providers driving the rollout of Oliver McGowan training. We have a track record of awards for our training and development and a commitment to supporting staff and learners alike.
