This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your finance experience in a highly commercial environment within our Offer & Sourcing operations. Lead an international finance team in a multinational retail PLC.

• Lead and develop the O&S Sourcing Finance team, fostering high engagement.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships, including with the Sourcing Board.
• Deliver insightful commercial reporting, highlighting performance drivers and risks/opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely management and statutory reporting.
• Uphold strong financial controls and governance.
• Monitor financial risks, ensuring early identification and mitigation.
• Champion continuous improvement and contribute to finance and sourcing initiatives.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven leadership skills with effective cross-cultural communication.
• Strong technical accounting expertise.
• Experience in strategic business partnering.
• Skilled in planning and forecasting in complex environments.
• Ability to build trusted relationships, challenge, and influence decisions.
• Experience navigating matrix organizational structures.
