As Partner, you will take ownership of an existing client portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of accounting, tax, and business strategy. You will be part of a collaborative leadership team that values integrity, professionalism, and client service above all else.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for managing and developing a portfolio of OMB clients
• Provide proactive advice on accounting, tax, and commercial matters
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted business partner
• Oversee compliance and ensure technical excellence across client deliverables
• Support and mentor team members, contributing to the firm's continued growth and reputation
• Play an active role in practice development, business planning, and client acquisition
