Job summary
A UK-based enterprise is seeking an experienced accounting professional to maintain day-to-day accounting functions, manage wholesale accounts, and prepare monthly financial statements. Responsibilities include cash management, handling VAT and TAX-related documents, and coordinating budget management. Qualifications
- Experience in accounting functions, including cash management and general ledger.
- Proven ability to manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Familiarity with VAT and TAX-related documentation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting functions including cash management and banking.
- Manage wholesale accounts, AR, and AP.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and profit & loss reports.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting functions including cash management, banking, and general ledger.
- Manage wholesale accounts, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP).
- Supervise financial transactions related to import/LC and wholesale distribution.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Handle VAT and TAX-related documentation and submissions.
- Ensure accurate inventory accounting and reconciliation with warehouse data.
- Coordinate with the management to ensure efficient budget management and cost control.
