Job Title: Sessional Accountancy Assessor

Location: Croydon College Group – Apprenticeships – World of Work

Salary: up to £31.24 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching of accountancy and finance-related apprenticeship standards and AAT qualifications
  • Teach apprentices through a mix of on-campus sessions, online learning, and workplace-based delivery
  • Provide tailored support and coaching to prepare learners for gateway and end-point assessment
  • Enable apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to successfully achieve their apprenticeship standard
Qualifications & Experience
  • A recognised accountancy qualification (AAT Level 4 or above, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Experience delivering accountancy or finance training, ideally within apprenticeships
  • Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to engage learners and employers
