Responsibilities

  • Maintain the sales and purchase ledger to a high standard.
  • Allocate payments and chase required refunds.
  • Assist with credit control as needed.
  • Process invoices and statements promptly.
  • Check and process monthly and daily invoices accurately.
  • Post supplier invoices and challenge unexpected ones.
  • Reconcile supplier statements.
