We’re looking for a Head of Workplace Technology and Support who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s Technology Enablement Department. It’s an opportunity to work with a market‑leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.

You will be responsible for leading a global team who are accountable for delivering exceptional end‑user computing services and support. Overseeing the full lifecycle of Windows and macOS client platforms including endpoint management, automation, configuration governance and end‑user productivity tooling while ensuring a secure, efficient and user‑centric technology environment.

In addition to managing the end‑user technology estate you will be leading the performance and evolution of the IT Helpdesk and product support functions, ensuring timely high‑quality support for end users and business‑critical applications. Provide strong operational leadership with a passion for driving continuous improvement, user satisfaction and technology enablement across the organisation.
