A national healthcare organization in the UK is seeking a professional lead for Organisational Development to provide strategic leadership, expert advice, and direction on inclusivity and workforce development. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in developing workforce programs and professional qualifications in Learning and Development. This role allows for flexible working arrangements and requires some travel to offices in Coventry and London.
The NHS Counter Fraud Authority (NHSCFA) is the national body responsible for all matters relating to the prevention, detection and investigation of economic crime across the NHS. As part of the People and Workforce Development function’s leadership team this post will act as the professional lead for Organisational Development (OD), Learning and development and Inclusion, providing strategic leadership, expert advice, and direction across these key areas to support the organisation’s culture, capability, and equity ambitions.
We are looking for candidates who have significant experience of developing, implementing and evaluating people and workforce development programmes along with leading and embedding inclusivity. If you have the relevant significant experience alongside professional qualifications in Learning and development/ Organisational Development/ leadership and management alongside evidence of ongoing CPD to maintain up to date practice we would encourage you to apply.
We have offices based in Coventry, Newcastle and London; we offer flexible and home-based working and there is some travel to our offices in Coventry and London required.
