Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting for Wolverhampton Council for the role of Occupational Therapist – Aids and Adaptations.

Job Details

Rate: £28.40 per hour
Hours: Full‑time
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake assessments for equipment, aids, and home adaptations in line with statutory requirements.
  • Prescribe and recommend major adaptations, including structural changes, in accordance with housing and health & safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with service users, carers, contractors, and other professionals to deliver effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of person‑centred care and support plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case records.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
  • Experience working within aids and adaptations services.
  • Essential experience in planning and prescribing major adaptations.
  • Excellent communication and assessment skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and work autonomously.
