Overview

Arcus FM are looking for a Night Shift Water Leak Technician, on a permanent basis, to carry out reactive and proactive water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment and pipework within all clients stores around Grays & Dartford, and wider areas!

Responsibilities

• You must be able to work nights.


• Sunday - Thursday, 45 hours per week.


• On Call Rota (1-4 or 1-8) dependent on busy period.


• Carrying out reactive and proactive water leak works safely and to a high standard on refrigeration based condensate pipework.


• Provide first line response to logged water leaks; identify source; repair and replace faulty pipework and/or components; clear blockages; maintain internal drainage systems, drop down pipework and dairy pump trays where appropriate.


• Effectively diagnose faults and failures with equipment and systems and provide effective solutions; escalate where necessary.


• Ensure jobs are completed within SLA timeframes and KPI targets; comply with Arcus health & safety procedures and client site requirements.


• Plan routes and manage daily workload; keep track of aged work orders and prioritise completion; maintain first-time fix ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience of water leak or drainage works (advantage).


• Basic plumbing knowledge.


• Basic Electrical knowledge (Desired, not essential).


• Other trade/industry qualifications and certifications (Desired, not essential).


• A Full UK Driving Licence (essential).


• IT competency (apps, emails).
