Qualifications

  • Up-to-date forklift counterbalance license, accredited (not in house).
  • Experience in warehouse, goods in, goods out, materials handling, or yard work.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklift counterbalance to load and unload goods.
  • Inspect incoming materials and report damages.
  • Check items against delivery notes and for damages.
  • Maintain cleanliness of site and warehouse.

Warehouse Operative

£13.13ph   Sleaford   Temporary with the potential to become Permanent.

Our client is looking for a warehouse operative with counterbalance forklift to join their experienced team on a potential Temporary to Permanent basis for the right person.

Responsibilities
  • Operating a forklift Counterbalance to load and unload
  • Goods‑in – carrying out inspections of incoming materials and checking for and reporting damages
  • Goods‑out – checking items for damages against customer requirements, checking details against delivery note
  • Checking paperwork, using scanners
  • Keeping site and warehouse clean and tidy
Qualifications
  • Up‑to‑date forklift counterbalance licence, accredited (not in house) and experience within any of the following warehouse / goods in / goods out / materials handling / yard / stores work previously.
  • Good fitness is essential, a "Can do" attitude and the ability to work in a team

Hours are Monday to Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm / 1pm - 9pm rotating weekly shifts with earlier finish Fridays – 39 paid hours.
