Overview

WAREHOUSE COLLEAGUES NEEDED - Start Date 29th September 2025

Location: Asda CDC (Marsh Leys, Kempston) in a chilled environment.

This is an excellent opportunity that could lead to a full-time contract.

Shifts

• Shift 6am - 2pm
• Shifts: Any 5 days out of 7, 40 hrs per week
• This will include weekends as part of the rota

Role

• Picking and packing customer grocery orders using a voice pick system
• Decanting and scanning products to go into stock
• Loading and despatching
• Role involves handling meat and alcohol in a chilled environment (0 - +5 degrees)
• Must be physically fit – some heavy lifting involved

Requirements

• Previous experience is essential (6 months min in a similar environment)
• A positive and flexible attitude. Self-motivated, always looking for the best in every situation
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Commitment to hit targets; ability to work in a target driven environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and the ability to work to a high level of accuracy while working quickly
• Be able to work in a chilled environment
