We're recruiting a Ward Manager for a respected mental health provider in Tadworth. The service is a modern, purpose-built rehabilitation unit supporting adult men aged 18+ with complex mental health needs. The team delivers personalised, least-restrictive care that empowers individuals on their recovery journey in a safe, structured and therapeutic environment.

Ward Manager duties will include:

  • Leading and motivating a skilled nursing team
  • Ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care
  • Providing clinical leadership and day-to-day guidance
  • Managing ward operations, staffing, and budgets
  • Supporting staff development and wellbeing
  • Working closely with a multidisciplinary team

What you’ll need:

  • Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
  • Experience in a similar mental health or complex care setting
  • A natural leader with excellent communication skills
  • Passion for recovery-focused care and teamwork
