Waking Night Female Support Worker

Location: Gainsborough

Pay Rate: £14.18 per hour

Shifts: 24 hours per week – 12‑hour shifts – Waking Nights – 20:00 – 08:00

We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join our team in Gainsborough, providing 1:1 care to a vibrant individual living with Autism, ADHD, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).

This individual is sociable, creative, and loves to keep active. Her favourite activities include:

  • Attending dance classes and musical events
  • Arts and crafts
  • Singing and swimming
  • Walking her dog
  • Shopping and catching up with friends in coffee shops

Your Role:

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in enabling this individual to live as independently and joyfully as possible. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing consistent 1:1 person‑centred care

About You:
