Osteria is the second restaurant in our small family business, following Angelina in Dalston, which opened 6 years ago.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will love innovative cuisine, have a keen sense of hospitality, and a drive to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests, making them feel appreciated from their arrival.
• Present our unique menu, offering insights and recommendations on dishes and drink pairings that showcase our fusion concept.
• Take accurate orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
• Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, adhering to our standards of presentation and quality.
• Anticipate guest needs, addressing requests or concerns professionally and courteously.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, following health and safety regulations.
• Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.

Requirements
