Overview

LOCATION: GLOUCESTER (GL2). HYBRID - 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE. Notified is hiring a Virtual Meeting Host with Italian language to assist clients with hosting online events and testing sessions of the Investor Relations (IR) platform. In this role you will work closely with our high-level clients to run events and assist them with any issues that arise, ensuring their requests and concerns are addressed in a timely and accurate manner. You will also document and understand client expectations regarding the event and communicate requirements to appropriate internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Support events - live, pre-records, dry runs, tests, and demos or additional sessions as needed
  • Ensure all events are delivered accurately within the established service level agreement
  • Support our Investor Relations clients during events
  • Keep up to date on all product functions, trainings, and release dates
  • Document and understand clients' requirements while communicating to internal teams
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Provide guidance to new clients to help them understand internal processes and workflow
  • Provide analysis and feedback to management and appropriate departments regarding recurring problems and suggest improvements
  • Escalate to supervisor/management any situation outside your control that could adversely impact services
  • Participate in weekly meetings with teams to review accounts and concerns
What You Will Bring
  • Fluency in English and Italian, both verbal & written
  • Minimum one year of experience providing customer service, preferably in the conference industry
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Professional, clear, and concise telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills and rapport-building abilities
  • Solution-based thinking with the ability to resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching, testing, exploring solutions and escalating unresolved issues
  • Ability to apply product and service information to specific situations and requests
