A leading education support agency is seeking Trauma Learning Coaches to support pupils who have experienced complex trauma in the UK. This role involves building trusting relationships and providing essential strategies for emotional regulation. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with pay rates ranging from £90 to £100 per day, based on experience. Candidates should have a passion for supporting young people and experience in educational settings.
Axcis Education is currently supporting several schools across Stockport and Tameside that are seeking Trauma Learning Coaches to work with pupils who have experienced complex trauma and may display challenging behaviour. Opportunities are available in both primary and secondary settings, on a full-time or part-time basis (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm). Pay rates range from £90 to £100 per day, depending on experience within mainstream or SEND environments.
Pupils follow a creative and personalised curriculum designed to build confidence, independence and essential life skills. Behaviour is managed using tailored strategies that focus on small, positive steps forward, supported by excellent facilities to help pupils regulate their emotions. The role centers on daily support for pupils, ensuring they can access learning and feel safe and understood in school. You will develop strong, trusting relationships and guide pupils in strategies to manage and regulate their emotions, enabling them to reach their full potential.

Salary: £90–£100 per day, depending on experience
