As a Transport Solutions Coordinator based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Transport Solutions Manager with projects which can vary from short to medium and long term projects.

  • Managing the various systems we use for vehicle tracking and producing reports accordingly

  • Communicating the stakeholders where needed and attending meetings with the Transport Solutions Manager

  • Administrative and coordinator tasks as needed for the team.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.00pm

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Previous coordinator experience within a transport/logistics background would be ideal

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong attention to detail

  • Excellent IT skills, in particular exposure to transport systems such as Paragon, Samsara, Masternaut or any other similar system

  • A CPC qualification but this is not essential by any means.

  • Attention to detail and an eye for quality
