A leading UK trade merchant is seeking a Transport Solutions Coordinator in Warwick. This full-time role requires managing various transport systems and supporting the Transport Solutions Manager on projects. As a Transport Solutions Coordinator based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:
Supporting the Transport Solutions Manager with projects which can vary from short to medium and long term projects.
Managing the various systems we use for vehicle tracking and producing reports accordingly
Communicating the stakeholders where needed and attending meetings with the Transport Solutions Manager
Administrative and coordinator tasks as needed for the team.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.00pm
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Previous coordinator experience within a transport/logistics background would be ideal
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong attention to detail
Excellent IT skills, in particular exposure to transport systems such as Paragon, Samsara, Masternaut or any other similar system
A CPC qualification but this is not essential by any means.
