A prominent investment trust in London is seeking a Corporate Secretarial Officer to manage compliance for UK entities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a degree, and proficiency in MS Office. We are recruiting for a Corporate Secretarial Officer to join our high calibre team responsible for delivering an extensive range of corporate secretarial and governance services for the UK entities of our Global clients. We are looking for candidates who are structured and process driven, to deliver the annual compliance service and support routine corporate changes for our corporate secretarial clients. This role would suit a candidate with attention to detail, structured approach to completing projects, aptitude to implement and follow processes and an understanding of regulatory compliance. In return, we’ll provide the tools and training to support a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and maximise your potential.
