Pin Point Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Telesales Executive based in Derby. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to join a dynamic business services provider. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing client accounts, and contributing to customer success in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

Build and develop relationships with existing clients, cross-selling and upselling across a wide product range

Maintain regular client engagement to ensure high levels of retention and profitable growth

Communicate effectively via phone, email, and live chat, offering clear and professional support

Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and product specialists to ensure exceptional service

Gain a thorough understanding of the product and service offering to become a trusted advisor

Use negotiation skills to close sales and ensure client satisfaction

Manage and update CRM systems to track interactions and progress

Telesales Executive Qualifications & Skills:
