Qualifications

• Strong understanding of database systems.
• Experience in backup/restore procedures and data integrity verification.
• Knowledge or exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Enable customers to access the latest software offerings.
• Create detailed migration/upgrade plans with rollback procedures.
• Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies.

Skills

Strong understanding of database systems (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

Understanding of Client/Server software relationships

Knowledge of server infrastructure and virtualisation

Competent using remote access tools such as Windows RDP

Ability to review Microsoft Windows Server environments

Knowledge or exposure to Azure
