  • Strong communicator and skilled negotiator.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and customer focused.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.

Overview

Due to an exciting expansion, we are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to manage and grow HVAC-related accounts across Bangor, Belfast, and the wider Northern Ireland region.

This is a customer-facing, field-based role focused on relationship building, technical consultation, and revenue growth.

We are looking for a driven Sales professional who wants a role which combines technical sales, account management, and wider operational duties including logistics and compliance. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both customer engagement and hands-on coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development - Identify and win new business opportunities, deliver technical presentations and proposals, prepare quotes/tenders, and close deals.
  • Account Management - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.
  • Logistics & Operations - Coordinate stock, shipments, and deliveries with vendors and carriers, ensuring accurate records, compliance, and cost-effective transport solutions.
  • Technical Support - Advise on product specifications, compliance standards, and provide engineering input where required.
  • Market Insight - Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies.
