As a Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of housing developments from planning through to construction. You’ll work closely with internal departments, external consultants, and local authorities to ensure all technical aspects of the build are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate architectural and engineering information between consultants, site, and internal teams
  • Manage technical approvals, including planning conditions, building regulations, and NHBC
  • Support the preparation and release of working drawings and construction details
