Responsibilities

  • Develop upgrade marketing material utilising knowledge of internal departments.
  • Manage upgrade roadmap.
  • Manage the service website ensuring offers are current.
  • Work with customers to develop VoC and testimonials.
  • Provide service sales teams with sales packages.
  • Support service sales team with technical discussions.
  • Develop in region service marketing needs.
  • Provide monthly report of service marketing activities.
  • Support in delivering overall service targets.
  • Manage 12 campaigns a year (6 major, 6 minor).
  • Support technical publications team with upgrade documentation.

Skills

Sales/commercially based understanding of Customer Relations
Demonstrable marketing experience
Strong experience in email marketing
Lead generation experience
Good knowledge of content creation
CRM system experience
High level of skill in MS Office

Education

Marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent)
Knowledge of marketing materials
Experience in a high technology and capital equipment business

Overview

At Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology, we provide tools for the engineering of micro- and nano-structures, with customers using our process solutions to research and produce materials and semiconductors vital for everything from medical devices and diagnostics, to electric cars and quantum computers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop upgrade marketing material utilising knowledge of internal departments
  • Manage upgrade roadmap
  • Manage the service website ensuring offers are current
  • Work with customers to develop VoC and testimonials
  • Provide service sales teams with sales packages
  • Support service sales team with technical discussions
  • Develop in region service marketing needs
  • Continually work with engineering, applications, to provide marketing material for standard upgrade price list
  • Provide monthly report of service marketing activities
  • Support in delivering overall service targets
  • Arrange or provide support to FSE for marketing material
  • Manage 12 campaigns a year (6 major, 6 minor)
  • Support technical publications team with upgrade documentation
Education/Qualifications
  • Marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of marketing materials
  • Experience in a high technology and capital equipment business.
Professional Skills/Abilities
  • Sales/commercially based understanding of Customer Relations
  • Demonstrable marketing experience
  • Strong experience in email marketing plus familiarity with other marketing channels including social media, content marketing, and webinars
  • Lead generation experience
  • Good knowledge of content creation, email, and social media channels
