A financial services firm in Weston-super-Mare is seeking an experienced senior or semi-senior tax professional. This role focuses on UK tax compliance and provides opportunities to work closely with the tax director on complex advisory projects. Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate should be ATT qualified or part qualified with an interest in pursuing the CTA qualification.
  • Experience with UK tax compliance and advisory services is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare complex UK tax returns for manager review and manage a portfolio of simple cases.
  • Manage the pipeline of clients throughout the year.
  • Work with the tax director on complex advisory projects.
  • Support the admin function including answering the telephone at busy times.

The role

We are looking for an experienced senior (qualified), or semi-senior (part qualified) to join our UK tax team. Your duties will expose you to all aspects of UK tax compliance and will see you working on exciting advisory opportunities with the tax director.

You will ideally be ATT qualified, or part qualified and you should have an interest in pursuing the CTA qualification.
