Job description

At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.

More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss.

Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at ⅓ of retail value. We are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste. Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

We’re growing fast: Our community of 120 million registered users and 250,000 active partners across 19 countries, have together already saved 400 million meals from going to waste

We are excited to share that we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations professional with a passion for optimising processes, leveraging data, and implementing cutting-edge technology and who is ready to drive significant impact. If you are excited by an opportunity to shape and optimise how a high-growth, global company like Too Good To Go attracts and hires top talent, then we want to hear from you! As our first dedicated Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in the TA management team and have a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our entire hiring journey. You'll be part strategist, part project manager, and part systems thinker, ensuring our recruitment systems, processes, and data empower us to scale smoothly. What you will be doing:
  • ATS Ownership & Data Management:
    • As the owner and go-to expert of our ATS you will manage and optimise the system worldwide, ensuring data integrity and consistency. You will develop and present insightful, comprehensive reports on key recruitment metrics to both Talent Acquisition and People & Culture leadership. You will also actively assist with budget tracking and cost-per-hire analysis to inform financial planning and optimise resource allocation.
  • Process Design & Optimisation:
    • Lead the analysis and re-design of our global talent acquisition processes to improve efficiency, enhance candidate experience, and ensure compliance. You'll develop comprehensive documentation, train the global TA team on new processes, and work closely with our People Systems team on the integration of our ATS and HRIS, in order to streamline onboarding processes.
  • Talent Acquisition Technology & Innovation:
    • Research, evaluate, and recommend new TA technologies, including AI tools, automation, and sourcing platforms, to improve operational efficiency and recruitment outcomes. You'll assess potential tool impact, create success measures, and manage implementation and ongoing optimisation.
  • Project Management & Operational Support:
    • Lead TA operations projects by developing detailed project plans, manage timelines, track progress, and communicate regular updates to stakeholders. On occasion, you'll provide support on complex interview scheduling, particularly for executive hiring. You'll also assist team members with general operational queries related to the ATS and other TA tools.
  • Collaborate with the Organisational Development team to develop, refine, and deliver training materials and resources for hiring managers on recruitment best practices, inclusive interviewing, structured selection and use of TA tools.
  • Candidate Experience & Compliance Support:
    • You'll ensure our operational processes contribute to a consistently positive candidate experience across all touchpoints, and support initiatives to measure and improve our Candidate Net Promoter Score (cNPS). You'll also partner with our Information Security Officer (ISO) to embed robust processes and guidelines that protect Too Good To Go from candidate fraud and ensure data privacy & hiring compliance.

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
