My client seeks a highly organised and detail-oriented Surveying Administrator to join a successful team covering commercial and residential valuation.

The ideal Surveying Administrator will have excellent attention to detail, be highly literate and conversant, proficiency in data entry, and familiarity with office software.

You will be expected to maintain a high-level of confidentiality and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records along with assisting in the preparation of reports.
  • Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
Experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
  • Knowledge in RICS Valuations desired - Training provided regardless

This is an office-based role based in North London (NO onsite parking), office casual dress acceptable and a range of social and professional events throughout the year.
