Looking for a job that feels good? Become a Support Worker with Avenues – Tunbridge Wells.

Full‑time roles available.

£24,829 per year (pro rata).

Drivers MUST have a full UK driving licence.

Shifts are from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, including long days.

We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Tunbridge Wells, supporting adults with a range of physical, mental and behavioural support needs on both levels of this supported living service. Ideally you will have experience with supporting adults with autism and behaviours of concern, but we are here to support you and provide resources to learn.

Those we support are energetic and can participate in many community activities such as walking, visiting parks, swimming, bowling, visiting cafés, restaurants and shops; therefore a full UK driving licence and willingness to drive our cars is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
  • Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
  • Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
  • Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
  • Making each day meaningful – and having fun while you do it!

We have a variety of services across the location, from supported living homes to self‑contained flats and outreach work. We’ll chat with you to find the best fit.
