A leading educational staffing agency in Plymouth is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for flexible, term-time work. This role involves supporting classroom activities, assisting with lesson delivery, and working closely with students with special educational needs to foster their development. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role and must hold a Child DBS on update service. Qualifications

  • Have eligibility to work.
  • Child DBS should be on update service.

  • Should have at least 6 months of TA experience.
  • Having a car and driving to the workplace is desired.

Role: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Plymouth
Pay: £88-£90 per day

Job Type: Flexible - Term Time only

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the daily activities of the classroom, from assisting with lesson planning and delivery to working closely with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups and collaborate with teachers, SEN specialists, and school support staff to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.This role allows you to make a real impact by helping students, particularly those with special educational needs, develop their skills, confidence, and independence.
