Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily Subway produce production, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Manage food storage, preparation, and stock levels according to Subway and Sodexo standards.
  • Lead and support the team during peak service periods to ensure smooth operations.
  • Receive, check, and accurately store deliveries; maintain stock rotation to minimise waste.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and uphold personal hygiene and uniform standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote the Subway and Sodexo brands consistently.
  • Support inventory management, including weekly/monthly stock takes and ordering.
  • Assist with staff performance management, training, appraisals, and promotional stock awareness.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in food preparation and customer service roles.
  • Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
  • Level 3 Food Safety certification preferred.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels.
  • Good time management and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet hygiene standards.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude to learning and team collaboration.
