Subject Tutor

Location: various roles across Kent

Job Type: Part‑time / Full‑time (Flexible Hours Available)

Salary: £25 to £40 per hour, dependent on experience

About the Role

Vision for Education is seeking passionate and dedicated Subject Tutors to work with students local to you across Kent. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong academic background and a desire to help students achieve their potential. You will be responsible for providing tailored tutoring sessions in your subject area, supporting students on a one‑to‑one basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality subject‑specific tutoring sessions.
  • Support students with their academic development, boosting confidence and motivation.
  • Plan and implement engaging and effective learning strategies.
  • teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to track student progress and provide feedback.
  • Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant subject or a strong academic background in the subject you wish to tutor.
  • Previous experience in tutoring, teaching.
  • A passion for education and supporting young learners.
