We seek a Salesforce Agentforce - EMEA Practice Lead (Subject Matter Expert - Level 6) who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

This role serves as the internal lead for our Salesforce Agentforce capability in EMEA, responsible for directing the practice locally, developing team skills, and ensuring consistent high‑quality delivery. The Practice Lead provides hands‑on technical leadership, supports pre‑sales activities, and acts as the primary escalation point for complex engagements. This position exists to strengthen internal governance, mentor consultants, and ensure the practice operates efficiently and strategically.

Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership & Strategy
  • Align and refine the strategic roadmap for the Salesforce Agentforce practice in EMEA.
  • Lead the development of best practices, delivery frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and career development for consultants across the team.
  • Oversee resource planning, skills development, and hiring to scale the practice.
  • Act as the highest point of technical and functional escalation within the practice.
Pre‑Sales & Business Development
  • Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and shape solution proposals.
  • Lead discovery sessions, client workshops, and technical deep dives.
  • Design high‑level architectures, delivery plans, and effort estimates.
  • Present and defend proposed solutions to senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
Project Delivery & Execution
  • Serve as Lead or Principal Consultant on key engagements.
  • Deliver complex Salesforce Agentforce solutions leveraging best‑in‑class architecture and configuration.
  • Provide governance, QA, and architectural oversight across parallel project streams.
  • Mentor project teams during execution to build capability and confidence.
