Stores Lead / Parts Supervisor (Training)

£28,000 - £35,000 Annual Salary (Salary will depend on experience, qualifications and skill set)

Overview

Join our automotive specialist team of over 100 employees. This role offers a clear career progression path, technical training and on‑the‑job leadership experience—all while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

As a factory‑based position located in Weston‑Super‑Mare, Bristol, Bridgewater, Glastonbury, Portishead, Nailsea and Wells, you will be trained in all areas of the business and will gain experience across the full supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Work in a warehouse and factory setting as part of a team of 4 logistics specialists (growing to 8)
• Oversee all logistics and parts organisation
• Work hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 – 17.00 (41 hours) or Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 17.00 (32 hours) on rotating weeks (day‑based)
• In‑depth training in all areas of the business with the opportunity to step into a leadership role

Qualifications

• Background in logistics, stores, warehousing or a similar field
• Forklift or counterbalance experience
• Looking for a long‑term role with growth opportunities
