Overview

Join us as a Store Manager at our Newcastle store earning a base salary of £32,000 per annum with an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one.

We are also offering the following benefits and conditions:

  • Working hours of 36.5 - 43.5 per week. Rota includes alternate weekends and bank holidays.

What you’ll do
  • Provide an unsurpassed in-store experience for our customers.
  • Sell high-quality fitness equipment face-to-face, over the phone, and via Live Chat.
  • Achieve sales targets by analysing customer needs and making informed product recommendations.
  • Provide all necessary information about our products and apps to customers, demonstrating when necessary.
  • Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure efficient customer solutions.
  • Ensure the store maximises profitability and meets sales targets and KPIs with full accountability.
  • Manage and motivate a team for continuous increase in sales and efficiency.
  • Handle staffing tasks such as interviewing potential staff and conducting performance reviews.
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
  • Inspire the team by being a role model and showing a clear future with the company.
