Overview
Join us as a Store Manager at our Newcastle store earning a base salary of £32,000 per annum with an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one.
We are also offering the following benefits and conditions:
- Working hours of 36.5 - 43.5 per week. Rota includes alternate weekends and bank holidays.

What you’ll do
- Provide an unsurpassed in-store experience for our customers.
- Sell high-quality fitness equipment face-to-face, over the phone, and via Live Chat.
- Achieve sales targets by analysing customer needs and making informed product recommendations.
- Provide all necessary information about our products and apps to customers, demonstrating when necessary.
- Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure efficient customer solutions.
- Ensure the store maximises profitability and meets sales targets and KPIs with full accountability.
- Manage and motivate a team for continuous increase in sales and efficiency.
- Handle staffing tasks such as interviewing potential staff and conducting performance reviews.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
- Inspire the team by being a role model and showing a clear future with the company.
What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years of management and sales experience.
- Ability to deliver targets and drive sales growth.
