Overview

Are you passionate about pets and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues, where your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience that sets us apart and fosters loyalty to our brands. Availability is required across 3 days, including weekends, from 7am.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding, personalised and attentive customer service to ensure every customer feels valued and understood.
  • Build strong customer relationships and enhance their experience with us.
  • Uphold top pet care standards and support smooth store operations.
  • Be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and convey information.
