Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering Stock Condition Surveys.
• Good knowledge of HHSRS (all 29 hazards).
• Understanding of Awaab's Law and damp and mould compliance.
• Proven experience managing surveyors or field teams.
• Confident using data capture systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating surveyors carrying out fieldwork.
• Briefing survey teams and overseeing day-to-day site activity.
• Running pilot surveys ahead of full project rollout.
• Providing technical guidance and support to surveyors.
• Conducting stock condition surveys and energy assessments.
